"Flowers... Flowers for your loved ones..." This is a kind of job I really like because of the love sharing experience that I see to people every time they buy flowers from me. The beauty and the sincerity of pure love is being transcended from the beautiful bouquet of meticulously arranged colorful flowers right to the heart of their beloved loved ones. Sigh. One day, I dreamed of accepting the beautiful bouquet arrangement from a person with no face. And then he said, "I am now here... and ready to love you..." But for now, he's nowhere... and I'm here waiting...

"This is unfair..." are the first three words that murmured in her mouth as she glanced the tombstone of her late husband and as her tears fell down her pale cheeks.

"...you promised me that life with you would be beautiful and problem-free... and that everything will be good forever... but you left me instead..." Klarisse said sadly while she put down the beautiful arrangement of flowers that she bought from the flower lady a while ago. "But I am okay now..." she continued.

Klarisse's hands run freely into the air and stroked the silky hair of her young boy.

They say love is a many splendor thing, but I don't believe it. Career is far more important than love. For me, love is just wasting my time and my energy. I really don't need it. After all, I have my family with me to love and care for when I needed it the most. I work for them because I love them and I want to take care of our future. Even though I felt that I already did meet the guy who will love me for what I am, I still choose my career because this is more secure.

Flash. Fame. Fortune. These are the things that make my world go round. I am Morisette, the latest addition to the list of winners of that popular reality singing contest on television. I have an award-winning album, I have mall tours and world tours, and I already have a steady career at such a young age. Oh, I love myself for doing such an achievement! But I am never happy. Until one day, an ordinary man with an extraordinary mission came my way. He changed me to the point that I am ready to give up my career. For Him.

Sometimes, it pays to become one of the first people to write a post or blog about a big announcement on your website or blog and share it to social media. I experienced it first hand several times before during a campaign for a television series way back in 2009 on my personal blog and many times after that in our movie news website. A few days ago, it happened again and the number of views for that particular post in our movie website really went crazy and still getting views until now.

MovieNews.Me is just one of our blogs out there dedicated for all-movie entertainment. Any news or press releases that we gather from different sources related to movies are being collated and made into news articles or blogs and post them on our website. Some of the things that I learned from studying the flow, techniques, and tips and tricks of blogging and social media are being used by our team in our movie news website. And one of the tips that we learned is that to become aware of when will a big announcement come and be the first one, if not, among one of the first people to blog about it.

The Accidental Campaign

When the announcement for the movie adaptation for the best-selling young adult novel "Fallen" was released a few days ago, our movie news website is one of the first websites to post this announcement. A few minutes after it was published online, we immediately post it in social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter. The posting actually was just an ordinary posting of article, until a sudden increase of pageviews, likes, shares, and retweets from both Facebook and Twitter did their jobs so well, the ordinary posting became an accidental campaign and a viral announcement campaign. Just take a look at our records below:

And it's just day one! As of this writing, the blog post announcement still getting pageviews from different parts around the world.

Why it became viral?

The accidental campaign for the "Fallen" movie adaptation post has become viral because the young adult novel itself has book reader fans all over the world. Maybe, just maybe, they got excited with the announcement when it was posted on Twitter and Facebook and communities from different fans shared, loved, and retweet the post link until it reaches their far-most members.

In a viral campaign, it really helps that a particular product or book or people has fans and followers to make the social media campaign very effective. In this case, even though the viral campaign was just accidental, we can be sure that the pageviews are all original or organic, meaning, the pageviews and link visits were not paid. Coming from this, we can all say that the campaign is effective.


So, the next time your company needs a viral marketing campaign, either online or on-site marketing, make sure that the campaign you are going to make are effective enough or at least move people in whatever means possible. Feel free to use the Internet as a source for ideas in doing your campaign strategy to become effective. Sometimes, the most stupid idea also works. You just have to figure out which will come out according to plans.

An expanding company may sometimes need a field personnel based on nearby provinces that will represent them to different clients in lieu of a Manager or Executive Personnel. These field personnel may be a Roving Sales Representative, or Traveling Sales Executive, or a Remote Field Trainer among others. In this regard, the company might encounter some problems when it comes to the salary of the field personnel.

However, when the field employee was not enrolled right away to the company's preferred bank and branch, the company's authorized representative can endorse the field personnel to their preferred bank's provincial branches. In this way, the field personnel can have his/her salary via a remote payroll system account through a bank-to-bank transaction or through an Automated Teller Machine or ATM as released by the provincial branch of the bank.

If this is the case, your company needs a letter of endorsement to the bank's provincial branch to enroll the field employee in their bank using the company's account in the main branch. Usually, banks allow this kind of method to give way to remote payroll account system for the field employee. Every September 21, a global celebration for the "World Gratitude Day" is being held in a non-extravagant manner to show your appreciation and to thank all of those who have done you favors, friends and family members who have helped you achieve your goals, and those random strangers who may have helped you along the way and have done little things to you to finish a task or some sort. This is just a simple celebration to show how much we appreciate little helps from everyone around us and return it with our deepest gratitude to them.

I remember a story about not saying "thank you" to a person, who have helped a person in need but did not get a much deserved gratitude in an instant.

There was once an old lady who was borrowing some money to a relative because she was really in dire need of some to feed herself and her son for a day. The relative did not hesitate to give attention to the old lady, in fact, he lend her a bigger amount of money than what she asked for. When the old lady received the money, she was happy and left right away.

The following week, the old lady came to the her relative again and thanked him for what he did for them the other week. But then again, she also came with an agenda. The old lady was asking again to lend her some money for their food that day. The relative felt pity to the old lady but this time, he refused to give her some money and asked the old lady with courtesy to leave his house because he has nothing to give to her.

The relative actually has some money but because of the old lady's behavior of not thanking him right away when she received the money the other week, the man this time refused to give her some. In the end, the old lady did not get anything from his relative.

In life, no matter what happens, whether you are sad, happy, angry, excited, or felt betrayed, when someone gives you a helping hand, it is always necessary to give "thanks" as a response, immediately to the person who have helped you in his or her little ways. It may not be quick enough or right away, but saying "thank you" to a person who have helped you should not really be delayed. A "thank you" response should always be in an instant, the moment you received the helping hand, and not be a day after or a week after that.

Saying a "thank you" response is way to show our sincerest and simplest appreciation to the person who gave us a helping hand. Being humble while receiving the help and saying a simple and sincere "thank you" are what makes us human and humane. So, the next time you receive a helping hand, saying our sincerest "thank you" is way to repay the person. A simple showing of gratitude can go a long way.

Let's celebrate "World Gratitude Day" everyday and say "Thank You!" always and in all ways!

When it comes to doing a legitimate business in the Philippines, especially when we are dealing with big time businesses such as manufacturing and mass production facilities, it is very important to have a secure garbage disposal routine so that the business can continue with its operation.

When a manufacturing or production plant has no Disposal Certificate, it will be a big burden for the Management of the Company to get a Discharge Permit or even License to Operate from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources or DENR.

A Proof of Disposal Certificate is usually released by the Provincial Capital or the City Government of any province, city, or municipality. A proof of disposal certificate may be one of the requirements needed to secure a Company its much-awaited permit or license to operate.

When a Company is already complying with the proper garbage disposal procedure, as per the City Ordinance or Provincial Government Order, all a Company must do is to secure themselves a Proof that they are already in compliance with the said ordinance.

Any letter of request for business writing should be straightforward, simple, addressed to the right person, and short but presented in a subtle tone. Always remember that you are asking a Government Office/Official a favor and not the other way around, so, being nice should always be felt in your letter. Below is a sample letter of request asking for proof of disposal certificate for your business.

Welcome to ASAP Birit Queens Fan Fiction 101. This is episode 1 entitled, "The Agency". Morisette

I had a lot of work to do. I am the founder and CEO of a big time marketing agency. At work, I facilitate meetings, give instructions to my managers, go to the floor area to inspect the operations, and check all my people working for the company. At home, I always take care of my two children, attend to their needs, help them study, and play with them sometimes. I also attend to my husband's needs. In the morning, I prepare his clothes, his breakfast, and his paperworks before he go to work. But I am never enough to him.

Klarisse

It took me at least five freaking years of working my ass and catching all the mood swings and whims of Ms. Morisette to reach the position I have in our company. I am now the Executive Vice-President of the agency. Somehow, I learned to manage myself by controlling my whatever ill-gotten feelings I have for Ms. Morisette. Despite what she did for me over these past years, I am thankful for what she did. She made me stronger. All of these are for my loving grandmother, who took the role of my mother. My loving and dying grandmother.

I was hurt. I took the blame. I became happy. And was hurt again. I was hurt several times in the past. So for me to move forward with my life, I left my job in a prestigious company and accept the job offer to Ms. Morisette's agency to forget all the hurtful memories I had. It's a risk I have to do. Now, I am all alone in a foreign company with no one else beside me to help me, but me. It's like a forever "me" time. I have to endure my loneliness while working. Until you came along.

I am a single mother to a lovely angel. She is the joy of my life. She is my energy pill after going to work. She always makes me smile, makes me laugh, and makes me stay stronger. Whenever, Ms. Morisette tries to put all the blames in me for not getting the big account, my daughter is always there to comfort me. "Mama, I love you..." she cried. I love my daughter so much, I will do anything and everything for her to make her comfortable, safe and secure, and to make her heal her sickness. She has cerebral palsy.
